Great experience here at the Waterford location. I’ve been getting glasses for years and this place is the best. They have great prices and a great selection of frames. The staff was very professional and helpful. Even the manager came over to me to make sure my expectations and experience was great. I will definitely keep coming back here. I finally found my go to place as every optical treats you like just a sale. Not here and I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Vision Works!

This is the BEST place ever to get an eye exam and glasses. I never had glasses before but I knew I needed them. I made a phone call to the store and they set me up an appointment right away. I was seen the same day! When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. After my exam was done the hard part started, I had no idea what glasses to pick. There was so many, I didn't know where to start. Everyone was so amazing helping me pick out my glasses. Best experience I could ever ask for.
