I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They are very unprofessional. I ordered contacts and glasses on March 16 2020 and I still haven’t received them nor have I heard from anyone. I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails, left several voicemails. No one is answering their phones. At this point they’ve stolen my money. Run and don’t look back, they suck
When in October 24 for an examination and order two pairs of glasses at that time both were promised for November 17 receive the first pair on 20 November I’m still waiting on my second pair so I would definitely not recommend this place at all I only went there because it was closer to where I lived closer doesn’t always mean better so Tuesday, December 17 will be 30 days out from my original promise date horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
RecommendedIf you’re in the search for a new pair of glasses, you must see Beverly. She was very patient and also highly knowledgeable. She helped me pick out a pair of glasses, as well as sunglasses. The process was very quick and I was in and out in about 30 min. Very wonderful staff!
