We also forgot the time of appointments and had to call to verify. Had no problems with that. The doctor was great with both kids- personable, fun, and helped them learn what they need to know. Great selection of frames. Staff we dealt with was all friendly and helpful. Our insurance is awful so we had to pay everything out of pocket, but that's hardly the fault of VisionWorks.
