I was there to get a screw for my glasses. Fell out. Need appointment to replace screw and won't get back for 2 to 3 days. Lost my business.

My husbands glasses are damaged. Called to get him in for an appointment to get a prescription and new lenses for his glasses. They said the soonest they have is December 22nd. His glasses are damaged to the point he can’t use them. Asked if they could just order him some new lenses. They said no. I called back. Asked for his prescription. Waited on hold for 10 minutes until someone answered. Finally answered, and she said his prescription is way expired, his exam was in August of 2018. Visited on a Saturday which understandably was very busy but there wasn’t a manager on duty. Vanessa was able to help me out and showed a great deal of patience and professionalism helping me and my husband throughout our selection experience. She is a real asset to this store and I hope her manager( wherever they are) truly appreciates Vanessa’s dedication to her job. She went above and beyond what my expectations were!
Husband went to drop off rx and frames with medical insurance and VSP vision insurance. Lady was rude. She told him that they don't accept aetna and proceed to tell him it would be $350. Needless to say, he left. Know your job and don't be rude. VSP appears at the top of the web page. We will never be going there again.
Showed up at 7:50 pm. Doors were locked. Lights were off. Sign says they close at 8 pm. This was our attempt to pick up the glasses that they messed up 4 times. This company is pathetic.

Was not happy with my exam. Glasses took 3 weeks to come in. Glasses did not fit right so I went to return them and had to wait over an hour just to return them. The woman never even asked why I was there when I came in and they proceeded to help other people who just walked in before helping me. Now I have to wait up to 60 days for this to be refunded to my insurance so I can go somewhere else and order something that will actually work.
Ordered sunglasses and was told they would take 10 days. Returned to pick up said glasses 12 days later and was told that they had to be sent back and remade. Never received a phone call about this or anything so it was a complete wasted trip. Now have to wait another 10 days. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
