RecommendedAdministrative staff and technical staff to get through the initial process in picking out your glasses are wonderful And not pressurized. My experience with the optometrist was rushed and robotic like. No personal connection at all so it was more factory like.
A friend recommended the Malden location to me and I am so glad I listened. They truly cared about my personal need and did not try and sell me something I did not need. Highly recommend them.
