The service here is EXCELLENT!!! I had been to two other Visionworks stores in other locations, and their service was horrible. But this store exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in this morning. Sandy was amazing and SO helpful, and I left there 100% satisfied with my experience and purchase of glasses and contacts. I will DEFINITELY continue to visit this location for my eyewear needs from now on. Thank you!!
I went to Visionworks for the first time ever today (Arundel Mills, MD location) and I was VERY impressed!! The service was speedy, but not rushed. Helpful. Kind. And an hour later, my glasses were ready for me to pick up and wear home. My husband is now switching from his Optometrist to Visionworks for his next appointment. Please keep up the good work at this location and award the team there. Every single person I came in contact with had a wonderful attitude as it should be in patient care. Excellent work!!
