I am a retired business teacher. And I can tell you that customer service at the Vision Works in Arundel Mills mall is at an all-time high! Lexi, Pryncess, and Doctor Rice are the best! I was there with my two grandsons and they all made my 13 year old and nine year old feel like they were the most important people in the world. on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them an 11.
I got my glasses from Visionworks Arundel Mills and Princess Lovely helped me with everything from my insurance, to my glasses, to my discounts and was pleasant all the way
I had a wonderful experience! The ophthalmologist was friendly and professional. Took time to explain everything to me and my daughter. The ladies in the front were very helpful and made sure my experience was good.

They didn’t rush me, they answered all my questions and got me in glasses I loved in a matter of minutes. This place is assume and the people are super nice and helpful!
Note:was supposed to comments months ago. Princess was very attentive with customers had a warm energetic energy when speaking with customers. My sister couldn’t make her mind up but Princess(hope I’m spelling her name right) assisted her with multiple glasses to select from if not we would of been there for another hour just looking at frames. Love love her. Also Alexis was very helpful and assisted, she made the wait for my sister go by fast with small talk when she wasn’t helping customers. Great team with every at VWAMM
Pryncess was very helpful. I was having a hard time finding something I like and she gave me some suggestions that I wouldn’t think to try on my own and now I have a few pairs of great looking glasses! Thank you so much for all your help!!
Ms. Pryncess was very knowledgeable and patience. This was my first time at Visionworks and I return.
