I have been going to this specific location for years and have always had WONDERFUL experiences! The employees here are so helpful, kind and really take the time to assist you. I recently went to another Visionworks because I happened to be at a different mall and I regret that decision. They were nothing like the ladies at Great Northern. Nicole was fantastic! I was dreading going in for new glasses. She made everything painless and was very efficient. My last visit was in 2012. I went to a private office in 2015, paid an arm and a leg for my new glasses to find out the prescription was wrong. And I wondered why I haven't been able to see! I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses. I will keep going to Visionworks. Thank you Nicole!

The staff is wonderful to me and my children. My girls love to come and pick out glasses the staff treat them like family!
