RecommendedUnfortunately I’m disappointed in the way my dr talked me and my daughter into getting the extra scan. We both checked NO on the extra scan form. But the dr made both of us feel like it was important to do that that day. We both didn’t plan on spending more than the regular exam. Visionworks in Sugarhouse in Salt Lake City is a great place to go for your vision care. One of their associates, named Tyler, met me as I stepped inside their door for the first time. He was great to work with and he helped me more than I ever thought possible. Having vision insurance helped too, but he made sure I was getting all of the insurance benefits I was entitled to, and I really thank him. Everyone there was friendly and made sure their customers were helped right away. Thank you Visionworks! I sure appreciate you.
For the last 8 years I’ve spent money at this place because of price. Never again the last straw. 1 year old glasses and both nose guards fell off tonight. Mail ordered they come broken and wrong prescription. Ears fall off weekly. Junk
The staff is great and very helpful! The doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable
I dont know where to start. Terrible experience all the way around and I still have no product. I am a repeat customer and spent a lot of money at this location. Terrible.
