Horrible experience. The girl didn’t take her time with me and treated me terribly - kept blaming me for things that were their fault. I won’t be going back there again.
Went here as a walk in and they gave me a appt same day. The staff Cierra, Christina, Matt, and Dr Parker we're all very helpful Cierra helped me figure out what insurance I had and what my co-pays and so on were which was very helpful to me because I didn't know that walking in. Matt helped me go through the process of finding which glasses were going to to be right for me measuring me for my bifocals, Dr Parker was very helpful and explaining everything that was going on with my vision and helpful with information getting ... read more
Went there and bought 2 pairs of glasses for everyone in the family, and contacts for the first time for my son. so spent a lot of money. We bought a years worth of contacts cause it's cheaper. His contacts kept falling out and were uncomfortable. We thought it was just cause he needed to get used to them. Come to find out it's the wrong prescription size and now they won't exchange them. So we are stuck with a year supply of contacts and have to by new cause someone can't do their job!!! Never again!! Just lost a super cust... read more
