RecommendedVery patient and friendly staff. I was not aware my insurance had a different vision coverage so they looked it up for me to make sure I was covered. They helped me choose frames and went out of their way to show me a large selection that would fit me. They sterilized everything efficiently. The doctor was very nice and helpful on my vision test.

good people to work with and good selection of many glasses
I came to this store from the store on 12 mile in Southfield where the customer service was HORRIBLE. While the lady Madlyn at Fairlane who greeted me was busy she was an absolute delight. She acknowledged me immediately and smiled the entire time. I appreciate her positive and welcoming energy and she solved my problem, she fixed my glasses on the spot🙂.
I never leave a review but Destiny and Madelyn on the Hill were incredible. From setting the appt to checking out they serious made me feel at ease. I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 12 years old .. I use to goto America’s Best.. then Tukel Eye Center and from now on I will never go anywhere else. I didn’t feel like I was being sold something and they hooked me up with a trial pair of contacts so I could start running again. Xoxox
These people are amazing. Not only are you warmly welcomed, but they go above and beyond. My 1st visit was to get glasses I've apparently needed for a while. They gave me time to select frames i was comfortable with and scheduled an eye appointment with the optometrist, that day!From there, i had my specs in 3 days and can see clearly now the haze is gone🎶🎵🎶 Since then I've been back only bc of the deterioration of my nose pads, to which they happily replace, Thanks Ciera.
Dr Carlos, Madlyn and the rest of the girls are so nice and helpful.
I want to thank Ciera Cross and Madelyn for all their wonderful help at VisionWorks. I was a little apprehensive about going there at first because, I did not think they would have the glasses I wanted but they did and at a much lower cost, I am glad I did the service was excellent and very professional with a friendly twist to it, Ciera she made my day, I am not gonna tell you what I paid out of pocket, but it was less than what I would have paid at SVS and Optimeyes, if I would have went somewhere else I would have paid mu... read more
