Improve your customer service by 100%. Not following through on orders that were placed before mall was closed due to pandemic is pure incompetence. The mall Visionworks manager was furloughed and nobody in the Visionworks food chain had the tenacity to follow through on customer's needs. We have $900 worth of eye glasses desperately needed to improve life and job performance that have been locked up in the mall for 45 days! Not friendly, my elderly mother asked to use the restroom and they denied her one, she cannot wonder off with Alzheimer’s to find a restroom while I have to wait for my appointment, this shouldn’t happen, they should show compassion to the elderly and children.
Booo Vision works! You failed me! And on my birthday! Smh they called to tell me my lenses were ready and to take my frames in. They failed to mention the tech clock out time, actually tech time frames were never discussed with me, sounded soo good when I placed my order and they said oh yea you’ll have your glasses ready in ONE HOUR! Failed to mention it does depend on the techs availability lol. Lesson learned, but I am disappointed.
today I went as a walk in and I walked out with my new pair of contact lenses
RecommendedVery fast attention, Dr Steve was amazing and very thorough, he got me the right prescription right away, unlike other places that rely on machines to do what a good optometrist should do, He was on point and knew exactly what he was doing. His staff was very courteous and friendly. Would recommend him to anyone A+
There was no one there when I went in. Didn’t even need an appointment. Took my time trying on all the glasses till I found the right ones. Love my glasses.

Worst experience ever!! The waiting time is insane and rediculous!! And the employees careless if they lose patients!! Never going back!!
