RecommendedBeen using this store for years and years. Always get great service and love the free adjustments for my glasses. Had such a positive experience with "Nicole" today ... and wanted to say thanks for taking the extra time to look up my insurance and help me find discounts. You rock!
No questions asked, Briana did a great job of fixing my glasses. She was pleasant & professional, answering our questions.
Here on vacation from Iowa and woke up to a ripped contact!! I had no back up and cannot see without contacts! I was able to pull my prescription up on my phone and the Visionworks in st. Petersburg on 4th was able to get me a replacement! Thanks ladies for saving me!!
Wonderful staff on both sides. Very helpful and so nice!
I had my glasses filled here last year; services was meh, but whatever. I can deal. However, I just stopped in to get a copy of my script, and the woman at the front desk refused to give me a copy. Is that even legal??
Tammy and her staff are outstanding! Very professional, personable, and conscience!
My little girl, 7, had to get glasses. The staff was amazing and so accommodating! Made it a happy experience for us. Thank you!
