I have been a faithful customer of St. Pete, Florida Visionworks for decades, but suddenly the employees are rude, the prices have increased by hundreds of dollars and it takes over two weeks to get my glasses, actually still have not yet received them. Visionworks just lost a customer and I spent thousands there over the years!

I just moved permanently to the area and needed a place to take my optical prescription. Even though I came before closing, the salesperson, Ilana, spent time with me and was so pleasant and helpful. The eyeglasses were ready several days before I was told they would be ready. That was a plus. The salesperson was efficient in making sure the eyeglasses fit perfectly. I will be using this business again. A happy Pia Jordan
