I spent a lot of money on glasses here. The frames broke once & I had to buy the same ones to put my lenses in now Aimee’s to go back periodically to get the clear pads changed as the metal frames or the screws tarnish and leave them green and dirty looking. I ordered glasses online but the Doctor changed my prescription from reading only to distance. I am going in to have him change it back!!! The former doctor was awesome they should have given me the heads up he retired. His replacement is atrocious.
I recommend Mrs. Sam. She was exceptional and was very patient with me. She took the time to educate me on my progressive lenses very knowledgeable. She went over and beyond to make my experience a positive one.
It should never take 3 1/2 hours to get a routine annual eye exam for a returning patient. Disorganized and a ridiculous amount of time wasted. Sat in a hot exam room for 45 minutes until I had to go find someone to remind them I was there. I should have billed them for my time wasted. Will be looking for a new optometrist.
Dr Palmisano is the best!
Fantastic eye care! If your contacts are not comfortable, or you are not happy with them, they really work to make you 100% happy. No better eye care place!
