@visionworks Company and the leadership sucks. After multiple calls still waiting from last 1 month to get a call back on the status of the glasses and from last 1 month confirmed my address 5 times still don't have tracking details
RecommendedThe staff is very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I just needed to have my lenses switched out as one was shattered. Adriana did this for me quickly and for no charge. I would definitely recommend Visionworks in the future.

The employees are great with kids as well as adults. They are so helpful. We are so thankful for Dr. Bradley Austin and his crew at Visionworks.
They can never set the lens correctly whether it's from their distribution center in Texas or in-store. Four new pairs of glasses purchased here and replaced the lenses once in another, 3 out of 5 times the lenses did not sit correctly in the frame. I just refused another pair for a second time. We will see whether they keep my business considering their 60% failure rate.
They have an awesome selection of glasses and the staff is very attentive and helpful especially Andrea, she helped me get really cool glasses and service was quick and easy ☺️ thank you guys
Repeat customer with Andrea. She is outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional and great personality.
