Very rude customer service, honestly don’t go here if you want a good and welcoming experience. The guy upfront pressured us to get additional things on the glasses without really knowing what they did snd ended up with glasses that’s look like sunglasses that I really don’t like but they won’t allow us to exchange the prescription. Really wish I could just walk out the house without feeling embarrassed of wearing 600 dollar glasses that look like sunglasses. The excellent attention received from the moment I entered the store and the kindness of Mrs. Yaima Baigorria who provided us with excellent service by looking for all the alternatives that our insurance covered and always offering the best options and answering all our questions was a very pleasant experience. I also want to mention the attention of the ophthalmologist Dr. Jorge Garcia who was a very professional and kind person.
