Very rude customer service, honestly don’t go here if you want a good and welcoming experience. The guy upfront pressured us to get additional things on the glasses without really knowing what they did snd ended up with glasses that’s look like sunglasses that I really don’t like but they won’t allow us to exchange the prescription. Really wish I could just walk out the house without feeling embarrassed of wearing 600 dollar glasses that look like sunglasses.
The excellent attention received from the moment I entered the store and the kindness of Mrs. Yaima Baigorria who provided us with excellent service by looking for all the alternatives that our insurance covered and always offering the best options and answering all our questions was a very pleasant experience. I also want to mention the attention of the ophthalmologist Dr. Jorge Garcia who was a very professional and kind person.
Not great customer service and all their frames were a mess. I had asked for help and they said they would get right to me but the workers were sitting at a desk talking to each other. There was a worker that was grabbing every frame of a particular brand to show their customer. I left without finding anything because half the shelves were being emptied out. If visionworks is one of your only options with insurance…find a different location.
Excellent service of all the staff ! Outstanding!
