Don't waste your time making an appointment. They will just cancel. Made an appointment online, and they cancel because it's during the doctor's lunch. Well why is that appointment time available?? And why are you telling me a week later after all the available times are filled.
Great service. Dr. Tyno and Laura worked with me because of a terrible vision problem until they were able to get me the best pair of glasses. Highly recommend them. Also, a great staff that is helpful and very attentive to your needs.
This was the first time I've ever left a vision appointment satisfied... and not only satisfied, but impressed. Dr. Tyno set me up with a more comfortable brand of contact lenses and corrected my prescription, which was too strong. Another associate, Joy, helped me try on pair after pair of frames until I found the ones that were just right. I was searching for a new eye care professional due to dissatisfaction with my current provider after the company changed ownership. My initial contact with Visionworks front desk by phone was very favorable. I was able to schedule an appointment immediately and during my visit I found the entire staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the staff and how they each took their time explaining everything and making sure we were getting the best deal for our money. They were all very nice and enjoyable to work with.
