Our family got our eye glasses in this store. But last week, my mom just requested to just straighten up her eyeglasses due to her accident, she was told to ask for an appointment for them to do it. I don’t feel like going back there again. This is not what you call customer service. My mom had it fixed to a different company without any cost nor appointment for just walking in.

the amount of time it takes to get glasses delivered. my appointment was on the 19th of may.I am still waiting for my glasses. I remember the good old days. when you got your glasses 2 to 7 days

I stopped in to set up an appointment and pick out glasses. I realized i didn't have my insurance card with me and asked one of the ladies what are my options and if there is anything she could do. I was told to come back with the vision insurance card and there was nothing she could do for me. Another employee named Oscar came around and was able to contact my insurance company within minutes, get the information needed, schedule an appointment, and assist me in picking a pair of glasses. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been a customer of Visionworks for many, many years. I usually go to Southridge but I tried a different store today and my experience was terrible. I have insurance and my insurance states that I’m eligible for exam, glasses, and or contacts. They proceeded to tell me that I was not eligible for anything. I was a walk in customer, i was promised that i would be seen and i was. The entire staff was very polite and friendly, I can't say enough about them. and as promised i received my eyeglasses the very next day.
