I was very appreciative of the excellent service I received on May 4th at the Plano store from Niloufez when I needed to have my sunglasses repaired. She could not have been more helpful and accommodating!
I took my glasses in to get repaired this weekend, after a piece broke off. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes before anyone came over to help me. Other customers walked in after me. Finally the Manager walked up to the register and had the nerve to ask me was I next in line. Yes, I’m next, I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes. “ I’m the only “African American” customer in the store” I explained that my glasses are broke, I need the plastic nose piece fits. Abe quickly assisted me in selecting two new frames, quickly wrote up my order and was interested in only me for the duration of our time. The store was extremely busy at this time but Abe pulled it off. I highly recommend Abe at Visionworks Plano.
Talk about a cut above! Aneel made our visit to fulfill my husband's prescription following his TBI-sustaining fall seamless, stress-free. He & the lab not only made preparing his single vision lenses, but also helped with temporary lenses in the frames until his were ready. Will happily recommend, we're over the moon with our service.
I had some problems with my glasses and VW stepped up and blew me away with their response and caring.....
Customer service is non existent. They simply do not care if you wait. They blame corporate for understaffing.
Horrible customer service. Came in for a pick-up, was sat in a chair for over 30 minutes being ignored. Way understaffed.
