RecommendedDue to Covid, the store I ordered my glasses from was closed. It was a big nightmare with horrible communication, and I had huge problems getting ahold of anyone. Mary at Visionworks Mequon took on my case, called me with tons of details, updated me, reordered my glasses, and shipped them directly to my house. Her kindness and initiative was extremely appreciated and I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks so much!
We had a thoroughly wonderful experience with Cherian on 10-5-19. She is helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful and made the process of getting eyes examined and picking out frames quick and enjoyable.

I purchased both glasses and contacts a month and two days ago. Received my frames a week later and had a positive experience with the staff and Dr. Z, but I am still waiting on my contacts. The only time I receive updates is when I call first and all I’m told is, “We will call you back at the number in your file.” No other information is given. Unacceptable. My brother saw Dr. Zolot today and very impressed with his thorough exam and patiently explained and answered our questions or concerns. Cheri helped us right away with selecting frames and take advantage of the 40% off and another $100 discount!Great customer service! Definitely recommend this Mequon location!
The entire staff from Manager on down are all terrific. I will only go there for glasses. This place is the best!!!!
