RecommendedDue to Covid, the store I ordered my glasses from was closed. It was a big nightmare with horrible communication, and I had huge problems getting ahold of anyone. Mary at Visionworks Mequon took on my case, called me with tons of details, updated me, reordered my glasses, and shipped them directly to my house. Her kindness and initiative was extremely appreciated and I cannot recommend her enough. Thanks so much!

I purchased both glasses and contacts a month and two days ago. Received my frames a week later and had a positive experience with the staff and Dr. Z, but I am still waiting on my contacts. The only time I receive updates is when I call first and all I’m told is, “We will call you back at the number in your file.” No other information is given. Unacceptable.
