Peter Nance was very helpful and assisted me was getting a really nice pair of glasses and getting the glasses through to my insurance really quickly. I have the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was very knowledgeable about the lenses and help me pick out some fabulous frames

I was unsure as to what look I wanted. Michelle helped me by providing feedback as to what fit me most based on how the glasses lifted my face or complemented me. She was honest if she didn't think the lens would work for my prescription. Additionally, I am allergic to metal. I honestly didn't know which were metal/plastic because they looked the same. She told me the difference. I placed the order. They were ready fast and Peter (I think that was the name) was extremely polite to me when I picked up the glasses. He made sure the glasses fit. He cleaned them. He thanked me for coming. The whole entire office was polite and professional. This location on Gate City Boulevard, in Greensboro, NC embodies customer service! Great job team! I will always get my glasses from this location!
