My experience today was great. My son broke his glasses and we were in great need of a new pair. Brian was very professional in assisting us in finding not 1 but 2 pair of glasses. The service was great and we are going to be able to walk out today with new glasses!
I had a very positive visit with Brian on August 28th for a new pair of glasses and I had another pair of my frames updated. He offered wonderful knowledge of the benefits and features that Visionworks have to offer along with honesty in choosing my new frames. I can hardly wait to pick them up!! Thank you, Brian for meeting and exceeding a competitors price, also!!
So easy to get my new glasses!! Zoi B was so helpful when I was choosing my frames. He explained everything about the options available and made the transaction pleasurable. I went somewhere else to get my exam done since they did not have a doctor available but drove all the way back across town to get my glasses because they had such a better selection. Will definitely revisit when I need an upgrade!

The service and level of care and interest provided by Peter, Miram, and the manager, Colleen, are incomparable. The selection of frames is excellent. The entire experience is top notch.
On 07/25/2019 I took my mother to Visionworks to get a fresh pair of glasses. Peter was our attendant and he did an exceptional job providing above board customer service. He helped my mother pick out a frame and even saved her a few dollars on the final price. His warm and welcoming personality made this experience easy and helped my mother feel confident with her purchase.
