I was seen here for the first time on February 4th. I was given two different types of sample contact lenses to see which I liked better. I had to go in and pick up the second pair because it had to be ordered, no big deal. But now, I cannot get ahold of the doctor to finalize my prescription which has now left me without any lenses. I have called four different times and either a doctor is not there or they have written my name down so “the doctor can call me back immediately”. love the doctor there he was wonderful he even helped me get back into contact lenses and I thought I never wanted to wear them again but here I am today with them on got to give them a 10 customer service was pretty good as well

We found this store’s manager ,who waited on us , unfriendly and smelled like an ashtray. He was not willing to work with our vision insurance or sale. We would not recommend going into this store.
The Dr. and staff were awesome and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vision Dr. in the area.
I’ve been wearing glasses for about 18 years and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else again.
