RecommendedI didn’t get an exam there but I did purchase glasses and frames from this location a couple of years ago. Recently one of the screws in my glasses came loose causing the lens to pop out. Dana was extremely helpful and friendly! In addition to putting the screw back in she also replaced the nose pads when I mentioned my old ones were getting uncomfortable. I have also had to bring in my glasses a couple of other times recently to have them adjusted and I have always received the same friendly service. Definitely recommend!
Love working with Sarah! She makes the process a breeze and great conversation. Dr. Fary was very thorough and kind to answer my questions and address concerns. Sarah made sure I was taken care of and was in and out of there within a reasonable time. I look forward to going back!

I was very happy with the eye exam that I received but I must warn people on medicare that the eye doctor Dr. Hamany recommended that I get a glaucoma test. I told the doctor that I had one before and would not pay for a glaucoma exam. The doctor then told me not to worry that medicare pays for this so I allowed him to make an appointment. However this was not true. Dr. Bassetto was Extremely professional and proficient. This was the 1st time I got a pair of glasses and no adjustments were needed. I did not have to get used to them - they are perfect. Monique was a spot of sunshine. Vision Works is lucky to have her working for them. She has a very bright and positive attitude. Sarah is so knowledgeable and a great asset.
great customer service there was a mix up with my order but they explained it to me and upgraded my lenses at no extra cost. very happy with the help I get from Alex and Sarah
It was a busy Sunday, Angela and Dana did a great job assisting the customers. Dana help me pick out a great pair of glasses, she was very professional and knowledgable.
