Very poor service. My bifocal line in my new glasses was in the middle of my lens. Dawn Urick store manager downplayed the mistake . Tried to stop me from talking to her supervisor by saying corporate doesn’t want their information given out. Gave me 1-800 number . There’s no way to talk to anyone or make a complaint. BBB gives them a rating of C-. The rating should be lower. Over 400 complaints to BBB and over half are within last 12 months.
