I had a terrible experience here ! I made an appointment to be seen, and when I arrived the staff refused to see me. Highly inconvenient, rude , & unprofessional. Further , they weren’t even apologetic. Do NOT recommend.
Recommendedgreat selection of frames. tondalaya is amazing to work with. best customer service and helps you pick out frames that compliment your features. have 30 days to make sure your glasses work out. she adjusted my glasses and made them fit even better. i would only deal with her in the future. thanks again....ARLENE

My first visit to Visionworks was on December 27, 2018 and they DEFINITELY got a new customer for a LONG time!! All the staff was knowledgeable and thoughtful especially when it came to dealing with a very rare eye condition that I have. They were helpful and honest in helping me pick out a new pair of glasses that looked good on me and the selection they have is just amazing!! I honestly recommend Vision works and Rob, one of the employees was a great man who helped me and my Beautiful auntie today with his kindness Happiness satisfying attitude!! I’m making this review and I usually don’t do this because I don’t run into good people well god bless the company and employees there because today was a Great day through this winter cold 😃
