I had a great experience at this Vision Source location. Rosy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The optometrist was very educating and kind and with a little wait time I can easily and highly recommend coming here for your eye appointments!
I was going to the Vision Source in Alief, Houston, Texas for over 20 yrs & recently switched to a Katy location & it was the worst experience of my life! I took both my sons for an eye exam & for new glasses. Both glasses arrived over 2 weeks later which was too long & not what they promised. Son #1's glasses wound up breaking while on his face & almost scratching his eye (the "fish wire" around the lenses) Dr said bring them in but not tomorrow b/c we're closed on Wednesdays (ok?!?) so my husband brought them in, dropped t... read more
