Melissa is extremely talented & knowledgeable, but also a very intuitive, understanding, caring person who listens to your wishes. She clearly loves her job and cares about her clients. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend her!
I have been a client of Kelly's for 8 years, she's wonderful. I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. Visions goes above and beyond and would recommend them to anyone.
Visions is the only salon in Castle Rock I would go to. They are all very professional, I have seen several of the stylist. I always love my experience there.
I have been going to Amber at Visions for three years and have never experienced the things the other people are talking about in their reviews. I have personally seen Kelly bend over backwards to try and accommodate a client. I would recommend the salon to any of my friends.
This salon is awful. The stylists are more concerned with taking your money and gossiping then making their clients happy. My color faded, and my cut was not close to what I asked for. Kelly, the owner, is the worst I have yet to deal with. The turn over is ridiculous. Do not waste your time or money at this salon, trust me.
This salon is the best that I've been to, and definitely worth it! My hair not only came out looking beautiful, but it's a haircut that is I can maintain at get home.
I have also had a bad experience at this salon. I had an issue with my stylist and requested the owners help to resolve it. Instead the owner, Kelly, refused to help me and listen to my problem. They claim to care about their clients, but they are not very knowledgeable and just plain rude.
Very disappointing experience. I went in for a color and cut. Waited an excessive amount of time for the appointment. No interaction, not even a sorry. Hair color faded. Asked the owner to give me a call to resolve the issue. Never returned my phone calls. Then she became defensive when I expected more from the owner. She stated she did not need my business and hung up on me. Well, trust me she will never get it back.
I had a great experience, my stylist Kim was very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly. The salon is beautiful and there are several other shops near by that are great. I will would highly recommend the salon to others.
