Went in for eyebrow wax yesterday and I am wondering if your staff actually went to cosmetology school. Seriously. Very disappointed as I have been in before and this was never an issue. Went in for refund and she acted as though she could "fix it". Yeah right. Never go here for a wax. Ever. Allison B. was stylists name. Sorry for this very bad review but when someone takes off part of your eyebrow they should not have a job.
