I frequently buy stuff from visions and whenever they have online sale or promotion then I place order online. This time I purchased Air fryer and my email clearly says in store pick up bonus but store personnel refuse to honour it. They said it doesn’t show on their end and my email doesn’t show value. That was strange and store manager kept pushing me to contact online support. I was in store then why should I do that? It is their store and they should sort it out.
