I swear these guys hire at the D-Bags R us store. I've gave them so many chances cause I like to support local and they've burned me every time. The last loser I dealt with told me my classic BMW couldn't have a stereo installed lol Went down the road to airdrie audio trends and was happy to spend 500$ and since then have used him multiple times. Stay Clear of this place

Recently had bad luck with a product but visions pulled through and I felt I had to give them props for their customer service 🙌 I bought a soundwave crusader for myself as a birthday gift, wicked speaker total clarity fair battery length. After 6 weeks the charger port came off inside I don't believe I was hard on it or anything but they could have blamed it on mistreatment and left me hanging BUT THESE GUYS ARE SAINTS. They upheld the manufacturer warranty and gave me a replacement speaker I take it to my car, open it up ... read more
I went in to get my remote control to my car fixed. Was expecting a hefty bill. It ended up being a quick five minute fix, FREE of charge !! Excellent customer service and it made my day !! Really appreciated it ! Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped me !!
