Update: Visions contacted me after this review to apologize and did give me a refund for the price difference. They were courteous and easy to deal with in this exchange. From their perspective it was mostly communication errors from junior staff so hopefully they will provide more training on the manner (or at least when to include management). It still included the need to drive back to the store 30min each way to receive a refund but I am glad it was dealt with. I bought a fridge from this location today. Called ahead to ... read more
