Very frustrating talking to these sales reps, the different discounts offered from different store is crazy, yes they all want your business, I understand that but you have to know your stuff, especially about TV's, also at times the sales reps are very aggressive, when you are spending thousands on a TV I don't need pressure, some offer free installation so had to go back and demand and explanation then knocked 100 dollars off, same with tv Mount cut the price in half, hope everything will work out and nothing happens sure ... read more
Stopped in to grab an item and not only did Matt over in audio not try to uptalk me to purchasing a more expensive unit due to my lack in knowledge in the item but got me exactly what I needed quickly, efficiently and help me set it up before leaving the store! Not only did it help me save money on my way home but Karl the cellular expert helped us save a ton of money on the family phone plans 🤙 to top it off he was able to incorporate our crave, Disney+ and Netflix into the phone bill for further saving and allowing it all... read more
