I did the VO2Max and DEXA testing at VQ labs. The facility was great. Jeremy went through every step of the testing so that I was comfortable and able to get the information I was looking for. He also gave me a thorough explanation of what my results mean and how I can tailor my activity to best meet my goals. Highly recommend!
