Loved everything about the Wellness testing. I was primarily interested in doing a VO2 Max test but found the RMR and DEXA scan results just as interesting and useful. Looking forward to incorporating what I learned in to my regular training plans.
I highly recommend VQ Labs! I got a VO2 Max test and Dexa scan this past week there. Jeremy was fantastic and did an amazing job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable for both tests. He definitely runs a first class business and truly cares about helping you. I learned so much about my fitness level and what metrics I should be focusing on.
