By far the most professional and caring eye care team. From the front desk to the drs to the techs, there are none better. They are all kind and caring. All are on top of the latest in eye care as well. I highly recommend.
Everyone was very nice. Very professional. My eye care issues were explained to me much better than at my previous eye care office. I would definitely recommend this office for your eye care needs!
They wouldnt even let me make an appointment with them for dry eye treatment. I was seeking a better doctor since the last two places made me wait over 2 hours and the doctors then only spent 5 minutes with me, didnt answer any questions or give me information about what is actually happening to my eyes, etc. They cited some made-up reason that my case was "too complicated," (the previous doctors I saw never said I was a complicated case and to the contrary said my prognosis was very good since I caught this early and said I... read more
Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
VisionQuest is clean and the employees are very nice but the price point is not competitive. My wife came in for a glasses and contact exam and left paying $179. Nothing special done just those two things. When I called to have charges explained contact exam is $209! Insurance picked up $40.00. I have since cancelled my appt and will be paying $20.00 for the same kind of exam at Eyeglass world. Contact exam with competitors are 3 times less then what we have been charged.
