Horrible place. I ordered daily contacts I get a call saying sorry you put in the wrong brand your eye care provider recommends this one. I say okay great I know I want daily’s she knows I want daily’s. Just brands don’t match. So they ship me monthly’s no notice of them not being dailys and I’m tossing them wondering when my next daily’s are coming. I call them and they say sorry but yours are monthly’s. I say what you guys called me to confirm for no issues. This is dogmatic. I will be taking this up and further
I order my Multifocal contact lenses through VisionPros on an ad hoc basis. When they have a discount code promotion, (which they send to my email automatically), they’ve been the lowest price for me & have always been in stock, versus others. I’ve needed to call Customer Service a couple times & they’ve been very responsive, courteous & resolved my matter immediately. Great service, fast delivery and good prices on the market. I use this website to order my contact lenses for 2 years now and never had any issue with the order/delivery. The customer service on the phone was also very efficient when I called to enquire about the Canada Post strike in December 2024. They used another transport company to send my order on time, for which I am very grateful!
Used vision pros for about three years but my last order was pretty brutal. The Canada Post strike has limited their ability to ship which is understandable but their inability to communicate delays or to respond to messages when they promise to do so is aggravating and disappointing. I just want my contacts in an inexpensive and timely speed. I don't want to wait three weeks for them to get delivered (from Vancouver to Toronto, the mail sorting depot is 5 minutes from my house!) or to have to log in here to give a bad revie... read more
