The customer service is very poor. The manager is not a people person she is loud and rude . The manager should be retrained. I will not be returning any time soon. The free drinks is just not worth the aggravation.
When I walked in the door I felt as if I was right at home. Everyone was very warm and friendly and the tea was great!
