Very friendly and accomodati ng to your needs. I was on time and so were they. The doctor was exceptionally kind and answered all my questions and then some. I will definitely be back again!
I love this place. Tiana at the front desk is so personable and professional. You are greeted with her warm smile and enthusiastic can do attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The optometrist is very kind and funny during your exams. He takes his time to make sure everything is accurate and he is also very personable and professional. I will always use this place while in the area! Thank you for your excellent service!
I’m shocked this optometry office is still in business given their poor customer service and billing issues. In January 2024, I needed contacts before a trip and called three weeks in advance. They told me my prescription had expired but never notified me beforehand. The next available appointment was during my trip, and after being waitlisted, I was offered a same-day slot. I had an excellent experience at Vision Health Optometry. Dr. Martin is thorough and knowledgeable, making the eye exam process clear and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They take VSP insurance and have great service. Highly recommend for top-notch eye care!
