They are not precise on prescriptions. If you have a hard time seeing with your current prescription, they just guess and push it up one number. Last year, they did this to me and when I picked them up, and I couldn't see at a distance, they said, "oh, it will take some time to get used to them." It didn't get better with time. I couldn't even read the drive through menu at fast food places. Went to the Shelbyville location for years. My job required me to get a copy of my prescription for safety glasses. Didn’t plan on getting another prescription for another 6 months. They told me my prescription was expired and I had to spend more money to get a valid copy for my job. They gave me a copy and wrote in black magic marker over my prescription so I can’t give to my job.
Great service.
