The staff is wonderful!! So helpful and full of knowledge. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. My 3 children ages 10, 9 and 7 boys all where glasses, as do I, so we spend a lot of time here through the year. Overall just a wonderful family experience.

Lady who sits at end desk dark hair SUPER RUDE. We called to advise we were running late and wanted to verify we should still come. They said 15 minutes grace and we showed up within that time frame. However when we walked up she was rude and advised she’d have to ask the doctor if it was okay and accused me of lying about calling saying she don’t know who we talked to. COMMUNICATION IS NOT THEIR STRONG POINT.

Went to get a screw put in my glasses and I was just going to drop them off and pick them up on Monday. These are glasses that I got from them. I told the girl at the desk that they needed a screw put in them. She said that she didn't work on that side and she couldn't take them. I thought that it was all one store. Customer service is not in this place. They are rude and not helpful. I think they don't want to get up out of there chair and do anything.

Dr. Keenan is great. Cares, explains, great to deal with. Excellent. Office staff and assistants are terrible. It would be hard to describe how poorly they do their job, hiw little they care and how much time they spend relaxing in their chairs chatting. They barely move when you have to fill out a complete new patient paperwork package, even two days apart. They owe the doctors an apology for making them look bad by association.
