They were supposed to show up between 1:00 - 3:00 last week. A guy called me around 2:15 telling me he was in Monrovia (35 mins from me) and was waiting for an inspector. We ended up rescheduling. Well today they were supposed to show up between 3 - 5. I called around 2:00 to confirm. 5:00 rolls around. Complete no-shows, and I had driven across town on a work day specifically for these clowns.
