Dr Shilly is the best in the game. I moved an hour away and still kept him as my eye doc. Kind, skilled, trustworthy, and great story teller.

I've been a client of Visioncare Associates since December of 2023. I sought ought Dr. Shily when my medical insurance changed vision plans. I have some complicated vision issues: severe astigmatism, keratoconus, and a prior eye surgery. It's often difficult to get my exams and costly specialized sclera lenses covered.
