Providers are great but the support staff is literally THE WORST. They have trouble doing their job. Please hire competent staff that are in the US AND can do their job. Also, they have horrible email system set up. You get multiple emails of everything. It’s very annoying. I asked to speak with management over 3 months ago…how does the CEO and COO not check in on work for an overseas call center!!
Unfortunately, after reading many reviews here, it appears that I too have been charged for "30 minute Psychotherapy" sessions. I started seeing Dr. Higbe about a year ago because my previous Doctor of nearly a decade had retired and I simply needed a new Doctor to manage my current medication (which has been the same for YEARS). In my time with Visionary Psychiatry, I have worked with Charles Kohnken. I can say that Charles is by far the best practitioner I have ever seen. I have struggled with mental health severely for 8 years now and seen lots of different providers. He is caring and professional, he actually wants his patients to be better and live happier lives. I would pay out of pocket to see him compared to another provider within my insurance network anytime. His whole team is very polite as well. I cannot recommend him enough!!!
Its a subscription service to mental healthcare where you pay a lot for visits that give you just enough medication to last until the next visit. I ended up with medications starting and abruptly stopping until I was just paying for expensive appointments without getting the medications I need. I have lost thousands to this service and still have no medication and damaged mental health.
