On several occasions I've come here to pay rent and they are closed even after I've looked online and it says that they close at 5:15 and then I called him and they say they close at 4 and I just went to go pay rent at 3 in the afternoon and nobody is there the doors are locked. We are quite sorry for your issue but this is afast paced business we are in often times we are unfortunately all going to be in the field at one time especially at the begging or end of the month and especially in the afternoon hours. When this happens we do post a notice on the door stating such and if we may be back that day or not depending on schedules. We have no posted hours at our office because of this. This company has absolutely no moral compass. Expecting tenants to live in inhabitable conditions .

We are sorry for this person's situation but we are at the mercy of the homeowner and the insurance company for the homeowner. There is an issue here that has not been able to be addressed due to the expense. We are not permitted per our management agreement to spend this amount WITHOUT homeowner approval which we have not been given. We do not expect them to live in the conditions and have no idea why, if they consider the home not-habitable they stay. My husband and I did work for this company. They had a rental that was left a mess. The house needed to be completely painted inside. It needed new flooring in both bedrooms. House needed to be cleaned. We also removed what the renters left. Cleaned the front and backyard area. We had taken a invoice to the office in March. We were paid half of what we billed for. We have lived at a property this company manages(I use that term lightly) for 6 years and have had nothing but problems with them when it comes to repairs. The most recent being the fact that I have gone without A/C for a week now and we are having some of the hottest temps this year so far! They are great at collecting their fee, but hopefully you didn't chose them to manage your property. After overcharging me for several "sprinkler repairs", they finally visited the property after I had received HOA violation fines to find the lawn is dead from no watering. Don't believe them when they say they will visit your house.
Hope that you never have them as a property mngt. And if you want someone to manage your property your money would be better spent somewhere else. They are very money hungry and hope u don't need any repairs everytime we had a problem the repair became the least of the problem have been renting from them for 6 yrs & the only reason I've stayed was because my job was right across the street and we like the complex & the friends we have here but Visionary is a rip off!�
