Applied for a loan after being a member cause I was informed that they take a personal interest in you and try to help you on a more intimate manner vs a bank. But as I applied it was only a piece of paper and no questions asked or anything just as it would go if I did it online with anyplace. I don’t understand what the personal experience means when they wouldn’t even take 2 minutes to ask how they can even help ?
I can't not say enough great things about this credit union. They are friendly, and very efficient. They are quick with processing loan applications. I recieved a decision within 24 hours, you can't get that anywhere else. I will look to Visionary first instead of going anywhere else.

I LOVE this credit union!! I have a business and personal account with them. My husband and I got our car through this CU. The easiest process EVER!! The tellers are always friendly and accommodating. I love that if I can't get to the CU, I can just go to one of the shared branches. I recommend them to everyone.
Visionary is the BEST credit union in the country!!! I love the fact that they offer mobile banking so I can do my transactions whether it be deposits or transfers on the go as well as the shared branching service so I can access my money even when I am out of town. I have had nothing but great customer service from the girls there that know me by name not a number. They are always there to answer any questions that I may have. I would NEVER go anywhere else!!!
Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They make is easy to open and maintain an account. I recommend Visionary to everyone...my family, boyfriend and several friends have accounts with Visionary. Highly recommend!
