Takes forever to get seen. They didn’t let me pick out my own frames. They selected the most expensive frames for me. Gave me a total cost and they assured me that included my insurance discount. 2 pairs of glasses over $2000. I called the insurance only to find out they never filed a claim with them and charged me full price. Never again.
Dr. Kylee is a great optometrist that provides great personalized care to her patients. I love this place!
Excellent doctors and staff. They are wonderful to work with and great with adjustments. I have worn glasses for over 30 years and they are hands down the best eye care staff I have ever worked with.
Dr. Kylee and the entire staff are so very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not make you feel rushed, and they spend quality time making sure you are well taken care of. They truly value you and your needs. The office is very clean, and they sanitize everything before your exam. When my sample contacts arrived, I received a card in the mail that was signed by the entire staff. Such a nice touch for this day and age!
