Dr. Kylee and the entire staff are so very friendly and knowledgeable. They do not make you feel rushed, and they spend quality time making sure you are well taken care of. They truly value you and your needs. The office is very clean, and they sanitize everything before your exam. My family switched to Visionary Eye Care of Monroe and we are all very pleased with the experiences we’ve had. Dr. Kylee is very friendly and knowledgeable and did great with our toddler. She even went out of her way to get my husband in quick when he had something stuck in his eye. All of the staff there are so sweet and do an amazing job. I highly recommend this office, 5 stars is not enough!
Recently had my examination, the staff was so friendly and professional making you feel comfortable. Dr. Kylee is very thorough and makes you feel relaxed as she examines your eyes. When it came to updating my glasses they have a great selection to choose from. The optician was extremely helpful choosing the best frames for me and fitting my bifocals. I highly recommend Visionary Eyecare.
My 87-yr-old mother needed an eye exam and she can be difficult. She came out incredibly happy and is still raving about the wonderful people who helped her. She is telling everyone in her apartment complex.
My grand daughters were here on Friday both got eye exams and picked out glasses, but I noticed the youngest had oozing outta the corner of one eye the same day they seem the eye doc. I waited thinking it was something from the exam. Now it's Monday my baby woke up with her eyes sealed shut she has a raging pink eye case in both eyes. Apparently this office doesn't sanitize between appointments cause my baby is suffering and missing school. Take a chance if you like but I'm good.
