Ripoffs and con artists. Poor selection of eyeglasses, waiting room is sloppy and dirty, standoffish staff, do not respond to phone calls. Made hundreds off of me... refuse to give any kind of refund, though cancelled less than 24 hours. Three months after visit they tell me my eye insurance didn't pay? What took so long? They are not to be trusted.
RecommendedMy 4 year old and I both got exams today and Dr. Dice did great with both. We were looking for a doctor to take care of the whole family’s eye needs and I think we found it!
Dr.Dice is very friendly and knowledgeable. He spends ample amount of time explaining things to you. Their equipment is up to date and their staff is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend visionary eyecare and Dr Dice
First visit to Dr. Dice. Very good experience. He's very informative and explains things so you can understand him.
If you have "eye phobia" like I do, Dr. Dice really helps calm you down with his gentle, calm voice. It speaks volumes that he takes the time to listen to you to understand your issues, instead of listening just to respond. I love their entire staff and will NEVER go anywhere else!!! :-)
