I waited a year to post this review as I hate to post a review of a product or service without having some time to experience the product or service. About a year ago, I was looking to refresh my kitchen, and I got several estimates from big box stores to mom and pop. I ended up choosing Visionary Cabinetworks, and I am so glad I did. They refreshed all my cabinet doors with soft close hinges in my kitchen and bathrooms, added crown on top, and added cabinets for a new island. Visionary Cabinetworks installed our kitchen cabinets in early 2022 as part of a full kitchen remodel. We were very pleased with their craftmanship after installation. They were also quick to accomdate when we requested a last minute addition to the job. Fast forward to late 2024. We noticed that several small areas of paint the front of some cabinet doors, drawers, and molding had worn off. When we reached out to Visionary, they quickly scheduled to send Jon to inspect them. Cabinets are over priced and the quality doesn't hold up. If you call them for a repair they won't come fix anything. Definitely would not recommend.
Great group of knowledgeable designers currently helping redesign our kitchen, understanding our needs. They listen very well to our needs can't wait for it to get done!!
They are family owned and operated and super nice people. Loved seeing where the magic happens...where they build their custom cabinetry!
