Purchased Heat pump from Visionnair 5 years ago. Very responsive and helpful at initial installation. Once issues started to appear, I always ended up with surprise costs at each service call that were never clarified prior to beginning the work. Learning this, I still consider them for servicing my unit, but on the condition they clarify in advance what to expect. I NEVER got a clear answer.
