I was given a specific time our glasses would be done went there and was told they wasn't done yet. I then called to check on them and the lady I spoke to was very rude. I was trying to tell her we don't have service where we live but she cut me off. If it wasn't for that then I would've given more stars

I went in as a first time patient and the staff was awesome! I received my new glasses in about two weeks!

All of the staff were amazing, kind, friendly, professional, all the above BUT the eye dr herself, was extremely rude. She isn't professional, she isn't kind, absolutely no bedside manner. She talked to me like I was a child. She talked down to my daughter and belittled her. I didn't hide how I felt. I told her she didn't need to talk to me like I'm a child because I'm not and she isn't my Mother. She will never get my business again.
