First off, I think any negative review here might be from the previous owner/management because this clinic was AMAZING! Went in today to check for glass debris in my eye (due to a traumatic incident I experienced) and I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic and Dr. Tommy Tseng. What a lovely and caring Doctor. He was so thorough in examining my eye and I left the clinic feeling very comforted and cared for. Great immediate service, and a personable doctor! Went in for debris in my eye and was out in about 10 minutes. Got all patched up along with eye drops on my way out! 10/10 recommend.
The woman answering the phone barely speaks English. 9/9 doctors in the group are Chinese, coincidence? maybe. Then again might be one of these business that only hires Chinese people. That's not my issue with them though. I went there to get a vision check and they gave me what looked like a slightly different prescription than usual. I thought nothing of it.
