I got the same prices with insurance (copayment) than in Elio's optica without insurance. It probably means that it is a very expensive place. The Doctor is very charismatic and knowlegable.
Excellent service and very professional attitude
Unfortunately I had a poor experience here. I had an eye exam and ordered glasses. The staff were very pleasant and apologetic for the long delay in seeing me as it was almost an hour after my scheduled time. The glasses came in about 4 weeks later and when I went back to the store to say they didn't fit right, the very pleasant attendant kept on heating up the ear part of the frames (I reminded her the issue was really the bridge was pressing into my nose) and she told me there were no refunds. I came here a couple of weeks ago and still the experience has unsettled my spirit. I came for an eye exam and even got there 10 minutes early. But it took almost an hour for them to see me. And by the end of my visit i was there for almost 2 hours! Natalie at the front was nice but the other helper at the front was very standoffish and bit rude. Instead of telling me my insurance wouldn't cover the exam and call me back about it they waited till I got there before telling me. The doctor was nice but even still after he look... read more
