The doctor was outright rude and made me feel guilty for not purchasing the contacts she was recommending. After I declined, I felt like I was being lectured rather than helped. She repeatedly dismissed my concerns about my contacts being blurry and acted as though she knew my experience better than I did. Been coming here since 2013 and with the hard lenses my prescription has remained the same.
I came here and had quick and helpful hand from andrea. I had no vision insurance and she still managed to get me on my way WITH NEW GLASSES TO BOOT lets go
Simple vision check takes 2 hours, you just seat and wait… no respect to customers time. The stuff doesn’t know how to handle the time schedule. Also there’re many only Spanish speaking personnel
