I want to thank the ladies and gentlemen at Vision Unlimited. I had an emergency situation and they took me almost immediately. I was able to catch my connecting flight at the airport to continue my vacation with some contacts. I can’t thank them enough for getting me in and out quickly.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and we ended up waiting over two hours just to be seen. The customer service was awful — nobody cared to apologize or even explain the delay. The staff was rude and completely disorganized. Honestly, this place has zero respect for people’s time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
