I had a very frustrating experience with Vision Unlimited at Doral. The representative seemed confused about my vision insurance — even though I clearly told her it was EyeMed, she kept insisting it was a different provider. When I asked for available appointments, I was offered July 5 at 8 AM or July 12. I said July 12 was too late for me, yet she went ahead and booked that date without my consent, which I later confirmed through email and text.
